The Kipaji Lab

The Kipaji Lab (the Lab) is a creativity training program designed to transform the way artists see, think, and create. Using the methodologies of transformational creativity, the training program takes participants through a process of learning that creates permanent shifts in their creativity and self-expression. Participants learn advanced skills in filmmaking and the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. The program concludes with the debut of participants’ original films for the commercial market. Launched in Kenya in 2021, the Lab intends to create hubs in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Senegal, and Rwanda as well as North America, Europe, and the Caribbean.

I created, planned, and implemented the project. I lead an international team in the US, Kenya, Canada, South America, and Ghana to deliver the Lab.
